No Lunch Money Needed
No Lunch Money Needed is a Food Management System designed specifically for schools. No Lunch Money Needed can be fully integrated with any ODBC compliant School and Photo ID System. No Lunch Money Needed extends the information that you are currently tracking for your students, allowing full reporting of all foods purchased by your student at your cafeteria facilities. The ability to track Free Lunch and Reduced Lunch is provided in No Lunch Money Needed, allowing your school to receive the maximum reimbursement from the state and federal agencies. Parents can be alerted as to what food their child is eating via e-mail or printed reports. Verification of money received by the school for the child's pre-paid lunch account is provided by the system. In addition, the ability to generate letters for accounts which are running low is provided in the No Lunch Money Needed system. Other system highlights are shown below:
	Utilize existing Student Files as a baseline for the No Lunch Money Needed Student File
	Provide ability to classify a student’s eligibility as Free Lunch or Reduced Lunch
	Provide ability to enter e-mail addresses of parents for each student defined in the system
	Provide ability to enter allergies or dietary comments (i.e. low fat items only) in the system (These allergies and/or comments will appear on screen when child’s card is scanned)
	Provide ability to define how often a parent wishes to be informed of their child's food purchases
	Visual Verification of Student on screen with same picture that appears on a Student’s ID card
	Ability to receive payments for pre-paid school lunch program with automatic e-mail verification of received payments
	Ability to allocate payments for breakfast, lunch, snack or anything funds
	Ability to add, change or delete any charges posted by your point of sale terminals
	Ability to control multiple menus offered by your facility along with an unlimited number of "modifiers" (I.e. Chicken Nuggets with modifiers of a fruit and a drink)
	Ability to report Free Lunch meals served
	Ability to report Reduced Lunch meals served
	Ability to produce report of all accounts below a defined dollar threshold
	Ability to produce Statement of Accounts for all or selected students
	Student profile retrieved at POS Terminal. Account Balance along with student picture appears on screen for verification for POS personnel
	Touch Screen or mouse driven ordering of all food
	Immediate posting of all food charges onto the student's pre-paid food account
	Daily or weekly reporting of all food ordered, by student, via e-mail to their parents
	Weekly Reports of all food ordered, by student, on paper hardcopy
